2. After you have submitted your details below, please proceed to payment options page to select your preferred method of payment. Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received.

NOTE:

 

Upon your registration and payment received by the Organiser, an e-ticket will be issued to you to present on event day, ensuring a smooth registration process to enter the conference hall.

 

On-Line Registration deadline

 

Please note that online registration will close on 24 June 2025, and will remain closed until the event day, 3 July 2025. During this period, registration can only be completed by submitting a PDF registration form, with payment to be made via credit card through PayPal Gateway or Electronic Fund Transfer. The chosen payment method must be communicated to the organizer via email. Please be informed that no e-ticket will be issued after the deadline; however, confirmation from the Organiser for your registration will be sent via email. Once the confirmation email is sent to you, the process is considered complete, and your attendance is confirmed. There will be no refund in the event of a no-show.   On registration day, please proceed to the Registration Counter to collect your name tag.
